• Bill did play High school sports. He had to work after school to support himself. Growing up in poverty Bill is an example of hard work and making his own way, building his life through hard work, determination, and faith.
• Married 27 years to his high school sweetheart, his beautiful wife Nikki showers. Their son Hunter Showers is a 5-year starter as a re-class Senior at Saint Michael, playing quarterback, wide receiver, and defensive back. The Showers 22-year-old daughter Taylor will be graduating from Christopher Newport University this spring.
