STRENGTH
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
We require strength and conditioning classes all school year for our football student athletes.
This allows us to lift 3 days per week during the season, not only to maintain but increase strengh and lessen the probablity of Injury
The strength program is managed and run specifically through goal setting, max days and maximum strength achievement that is constantly increased and reset
FOotball and position specific explosion traning is part of our weekly routine

Our Speed Program is run by a certified license trainer of Chip Smith Performance Systems: the number one trainer in the world of professional football players
We are committed to and believe in resistance and over speed training. We train in the pool on our recovery days.
Our work in this area is second to none. We work and build speed, explosion, and ferocity. Our speed training is position specific.
